What inspired you to become a realtor, and how did you get your start in the industry?

I'm a person who loves trying new things and always feels the urge to keep moving. Ever since I was young, I enjoyed talking to people and making our house more inviting by decorating and rearranging furniture. I also found joy in watching homes being built, exploring construction sites, and visiting European towns with amazing architecture.

Little did I know that these early interests would eventually lead me to a career in real estate. When I came to the US, I had an opportunity to work for a Lithuanian real estate agent who generously shared his knowledge and expertise. I eagerly absorbed all the information—I learned how to serve clients effectively and improve my negotiation skills.

With my mindset and passion for helping people, I decided to explore real estate further after taking a break to raise my second son. I saw a chance to grow my career by getting my real estate license, initially thinking that I would focus on flipping houses because my husband had experience in construction.

But as I got into flipping houses, I realized something profound. I discovered a deep passion for real estate—it felt like the path I was meant to follow. I knew there was nothing else I wanted to do. The joy of helping people, finding opportunities, and making things happen was unmatched. I recognized that I had a chance to positively impact people's lives and communities, which motivated me to dive deeper into the industry.

What were some of the biggest challenges you faced when starting out, and how did you overcome them?

My real estate journey started right after I moved to Virginia with my husband and son. It was a brand new place for us, with no family or friends nearby, and the new friends I made happened to be real estate agents themselves.

I felt confident in my knowledge of the real estate industry and how things worked. However, I soon realized that there was a big challenge ahead of me: finding clients. It was harder than I expected.

To overcome that challenge, I needed to be resourceful and proactive to make things happen—I took on rental leads that other agents didn't want to handle. I actively participated in open houses, interacting with potential clients and showcasing the properties. I also went door-knocking and talked to people I met at shopping centers. Additionally, I organized giveaways and attached my business card to increase awareness of my services.

As people got to know me and the value I provide, they began seeking advice and guidance from me. All of the things I did helped me build relationships and positioned me as someone they could trust for reliable information.

Gradually, I grew my list of clients and overcame the initial challenge of finding them. The experience taught me the value of never giving up and establishing genuine relationships with people.

What sets you apart from other realtors in your area?

Today, as a professional REALTOR®, I run a tight-knit and highly dedicated team delivering exceptional real estate experience, embracing a holistic approach that sets us apart from traditional agents. I genuinely care about their goals and take the time to listen and understand their needs. I continuously learn and seek guidance from many coaches including several renowned coaches like Tony Robbins, Jesse Itzler, Joe Dispenza, Robert Helms, and Dean Graziosi.

I place a strong emphasis on education and knowledge-sharing with my clients. It's essential for them to understand the real estate process. We keep our clients well-informed, following a systematic approach that ensures transparency and peace of mind.

When it comes to marketing, we hold ourselves to high standards. We collaborate with top photographers and videographers to showcase the location and features of each property. Our in-house interior designer also helps create an inviting and appealing atmosphere for potential buyers.

Above all, my mission goes beyond transactions. I strive to transform how people buy, sell, and invest homes by leveraging my skills and expertise as a Professional REALTOR®, a Multi-Family Investor, Feng Shui Master Consultant, and a Staging Professional.
